2x Organic Flour Bags 10lbs. Each. Total of 20lbs.

This is easily the best flour for artisan bread that I have ever used. The product comes out just as you would want it to look and has that hard to quantify creamy, yet chewy, shiny crumb and tastes just right. I know the finished product is as much, or more, to do with technique but if you don’t start with a good fresh flour of the right type, no recipe will come out right. The only downside is that it’s expensive in this format and buying bigger bags direct is too expensive to ship. That said, this is a review of this flour bought from this site and I’m happy with everything. The extra cost for being able to try this flour in a useful ammount is acceptable, if perhaps not repeatable for volume baking. Maybe the seller would consider offering a discount to be offered on larger purchases, that would remove the only downside and sell more flour!

This flour was priced better than other brands and works well with my baking. I really would have preferred a smaller amount but to get the best price you had to buy 20#; however it is going much faster than I expected.

It is exactly what I ordered and excellent quality flour. Since the coronavirus quarantine I have been making bread and this is exactly what I needed. I received it on time and it was well packaged

Although I didn't want to purchase 20 lbs. ( two 10-lb. bags), I'm really happy with this product. It performs better than the organic flour that I usually use, making better quality breads.

Fresh, high-quality flour. Very happy with the results. We've used it for: quick bread and muffins so far.

I've made pizza dough, bread, garlic knots (yummy). Best flour I've ever used!

This is a great product but it's $12.99 for the same amount at Costco.

I will definitely buy this flour again, very good quality flour!
