Hershey's Holiday Kisses - Candy Cane, 4.45 lbs (71 ounces)

I have a problem, I am addicted to these I won’t tell you how many I’ve had since Christmas but I will say this isn’t my 1st bag. Don’t judge me lol they are so good and great packaging with a company that does care about their products!

Just got my box of Candy Cane Herseys Kisses. Ordered this because I bought a small bag at Walmart and loved them.Well, these came in a Chevy box, I love Chevy so that's ok. However, as the mail lady is handing me my box the kisses are trying to escape the wrath of being eaten.The bluish Amazon logo tape was cut all the around the box. There was clear tape then put around the box. This box looks as though it has been reycycled. Needless to say the tape on the bottom, going from the squarish side (rectangle box) to the bottom was no longer intact with each other.Now, not sure if the kisses decided they would be strong like candy canes, hence the name haha, and cut the box with the foil that makes them pretty or if the box was damaged in shipping.But then looking inside the box the kisses were kind of wrapped with a bag that had been ripped apart, again could be these candy cane kisses trying to escape their fate.... but the bag itself was not even big enough to hold the kisses.Oh the candy cane kisses.... not as tasty as the ones I bought in the small bag. Maybe all the freshness of air and travel got to them.The ad reads no returns. So here's my review.Would not buy again and would not recommend.I did get the kisses but not pleased. Gave it a 2 start rating.

I absolutely love the candy cane flavored hershey kisses more than any other candy. During the holidays I buy as much as I can from the stores, then once they're off the shelves, I buy more packs from amazon till they go out of stock for the year. I can say with some authority that these are not what you would expect to get when buying this candy.They came loose in a cardboard box, no packaging at all except for the individual foil wrappings, and I'm guessing because they're loose they've become stale. There is hardly any flavor to these at all. They are so bland and flavorless I wouldn't be surprised if they turned out to be fake.Lesson learned, pay attention to listing carefully. If there are no pictures of the product in its original packaging, there's a good chance you're going to end up with a big box of flavorless crap.

This product definitely lacks the flavor of store-bought Hershey Peppermint Kisses. I even had a visiting relative taste some and did not mention that I questioned the quality of their flavor. Without prompting, when I asked why they hadn't eaten all of the kisses I had given them, they said they tasted a bit "off" --- as if they were stale.I found the kisses rather pasty tasting myself and the peppermint particles remained gritty rather than somewhat dissolving as the candy was ingested. I also noticed a stamp on the generic looking bag they came in. It said "CONFIDENTIAL" right under the printing of "4.45 lbs" on the label [see photo]. Exactly what is it that is "CONFIDENTIAL"? Also note the incorrect spelling of the word "separate" in the label portion on the right that reads: "DO NOT SEPERATE - READY TO SHIP". I would think that Hershey would be quite particular about the content of their labels. Both of these printings raised my suspicions that this was not an approved Hershey's product. I do not know that for certain, but I do know these kisses do not taste like ones from several smaller bags that I bought from Kroger's for Christmas.I am asking for my money back since no one wants to eat another one of these candies. But even though the original posting read "Eligible for Refund or Replacement", there is no means of documenting that a refund is being requested.I am stating here that I would like a REFUND.By no means do I want a replacement of this unsavory and somewhat suspicious candy.

I decided to weigh the bag of candy out of the box. As others have reported, the weight is off slightly from that stated on bag. There is no good excuse for cheating customers. Unless you don't want them to continue doing business with you. The packaging was intact. Fast delivery.Is it just me, or is the flavor lacking?I may purchase again but will find a seller other than "Sweetsome".

DO NOT PURCHASE THESE!!!!!! I really should have sent them back. They tasted like perfume, like they were stored in the warehouse next to candles or something. At first I thought it was just me and then I had several guests try them and everyone said the same thing. THEY WENT IN THE TRASH AND I REALLY SHOULD HAVE SENT THEM BACK. DO NOT ORDER, SUCH A SHAME.

This combination of chocolate and peppermint is downright deliciously addictive. I purchased the kisses to include in Christmas gifts, but each time I pick up one/some of the little temptations, they seem to find a way into my mouth, rather than into the parcels. HELP! I have no control --- and they are not calorie-free. Oh, but what tasty little treats! Merry Christmas!!!

Some people are saying this taste old or things like that and that’s not really fair. The candy is only manufactured during the Christmas season so you know that you’re not buying something made everyday. I think it taste fine. It’s also packaged well. My only complaint is that it states it’s 4.45# bags and mine weighed exactly 4, so i didn’t really get what I paid for, but I guess close to a half pound isn’t dramatic. I just like things to be exactly as advertised, especially when you’re paying for a specific weight.
