Schnelle Lieferung. Guter Preis.

Good value proofing basket, 2 oval prices with 2 elasticated, washable, lining cloths. There are some slight frayed splinters at the bottom of the basket, but you can pick them away, or just leave them, after a generous dusting of flour (i used 50/50 rice flour and strong white) , they won't touch your dough or anything like that. Proofing them in the baskets doesn't get that nice lined pattern, at best you can get a bit of the cloth imprint on areas not as well floured. And if you want to let your dough ferment in just the basket alone, I'd recommend wetting it, dusting it with flour, and letting it dry a day before you start, as flour wasn't sticking well to the sides of basket the first time I tried dusting it. I've now baked around 6 loaves in these baskets and really love them, great starting off point for a low price
