Safety Goggles, OSHA and ANSI Z87.1 Compliant Protective Eyewear

Well damn, it saved my eyeballs from a chemical mishap. It’s ansi/ nsta certified, protected me from a small ex other ic reaction that happened in a misplaced test tube and the googles do indeed fit on my head.I do have a strange shaped head, and being a female who does weird hairstyles sometimes, I like that the strap is adjustable to compensate for my ‘messy bun gettin stuff done’ days.If you tend to be a hard worker, (or just an anxious/heavily caffeinated one), it can occasionally get a little bit of condensation on the inside, but this is been a problem with every pair I’ve ever used.This one does press a slight bit on the bridge of my nose, but it has been much better than others, and as long as I have the straps adjusted properly it isn’t a huge issue.I mean, overall it saved my eyeballs a few weeks ago, so if that ain’t worth the price of this week Starbucks I don’t know what is.

These goggles are well made and easy to adjust and are very comfortable. I used them for installing attic insulation. They did not fog immediately while the temperature was fairly cool, but since I was wearing a mask, glasses, and disposable suite, they did fog with increased sweating. Overall though, very effective with great vision.

I purchased these safety goggles for use while weed eating large areas of my property with a gas powered string trimmer. The soil is not the greatest and it's very easy to get a lot of throwback of small rocks or sand like grit that sometimes gets under or around standard safety glasses. The AMSTON safety goggles are well made, very comfortable to wear, and fit well over sun or prescription glasses. My only problem is the goggles fog up easily when working in the summer heat to the point I have to stop cutting, remove and dry the goggles frequently because I can't see what I am doing. In all fairness, the manufacturer advertises the product as fog resistant and not fog proof. I am not sure any safety goggles will not fog up when working outside in the heat and humidity. I am guessing they may be fine in cooler weather. I purchased the goggles this summer, so I will see how they do in the fall. Overall, I think these goggles would be great for other uses other than what I primarily purchased them for. I have no complaint whatsoever with the quality, comfort, and value of these safety goggles.

I use these eye-pro for the physics internship/summer research project I am participating in, used them in all my lab classes including chemistry (which has had things spray on my face), and I must say they have performed flawlessly! Not a scratch on them, never fog up, and are easy and comfortable to wear (Pokemon reference intended).I highly recommend these eye-pro for college student or professional worker in a lab. I also recommend getting a small case for when not in use so they last even longer!Dalton

I really like these safety glasses. They cover the eyes well on the sides, are easy to adjust and feels comfortable. The strap around the head has just the right width and is very soft. Should be a staple in any home with science savvy family members. A good item also for younger children, not only adults. Very affordable for what you get.

I like that they have a little cutout for the stems of your glasses to go through, but they end up putting a lot of pressure on my glasses and being really uncomfortable after a long time. They also don't seal very well. On the plus side, they haven't fogged up, and they seem durable. My girlfriend says they look horrible. *shrug*

My son wanted to use the weed trimmer that we use to edge up the lawn. I told him that he needed to wear these. He scoffed at first, but put them on and started to go to it. Later I was over by the fence line with the hedge clippers clipping the overgrowth off the line when he sauntered up and told me how a small rock bounced up out of the grass and hit the goggles hard that it surprised the heck out of him. He didn't say thanks or nothing like that, but I know when he's out watching the ladies he's thankful for having two eyes to see them with.

I love these goggles. I like them because they also cover the sides of your eyes. I like complete coverage protection. They fit well because they are adjustable. Very comfortable too and do not steam up while working on project. I can't stand it when they do that because you can't see what you are doing.
