Rane ONE - Professional Motorized DJ Controller

Great controller for anyone looking for motorized platters in an all in one controller. Key mapping allows this to be used with Serato’s stems!!!!

Like everyone else, the first thing that caught my attention was the weight and sturdiness of this unit. Coming from light, plastic, DDJ gear, it felt really good to have something that felt hefty like this. But not too heavy to be portable. And not so light that it slides around your table. The legs underneath are super convenient for clean simple set ups and keeping your wires tucked. The platters feel great. I do recommend replacing the slip mats that come with it. They are not the best, and kind of loud when holding the acrylic vinyl sim... The lack of hardware fx is a bummer, but the fx paddles are very nice and intuitive. The lighting on the unit is very pleasing to my eyes. Nice long tempo faders, I will admit are a bit more touchy than I expected them to be but still very nice and efficient. The soundcard is everything you would want from this price range. Clean, punchy sound. Coming from Pioneer products, one thing I am having to adjust to is not having beatgrid editing controls on the controller itself. At least I haven't found them if they do exist. And I'm not too good at remapping certain functions as of now. Overall, the functionality, the sound, the workflow, all of it gets an A+ from me. The few oversights, like the missing hardware based fx, low quality slip mat, and beatgrid functions not being accessible from the board are why I only give it 4 stars. Literally everything else is perfect. Professional outputs. 2 mic inputs, double laptop connection, on board power source. This is a great purchase for mobile DJs, streaming DJs, or just DJs. If you can afford it, and you know how to use dj gear. Absolutely buy it.

La solución perfecta para aligerar peso si estás más acostumbrado a vinilo (el tacto está logrado aunque obviamente no es lo mismo). El tamaño 7" también es perfecto, imagino que todos estamos acostumbrados ya por el tema portablism y sino en un día te haces a ello

Realmente los magvel faders son de lo peor, mi cross-fader llego con muchísimo espacio muerto aún cuando se configuro a 0 y a 1, el espacio seguía siendo bastante y horrible para hacer scratches. Por otro lado, los botones de scroll del módulo de efectos de vez en vez me funcionaban cuando quería activar los built-in effects. Es una lástima que Rane ya no cuide sus topes de gama, así como el control de calidad. La pantalla es buena, el material y pads, así como la calidad del sonido, pero para alguien que hace scratch no lo recomiendo. Inicie devolución y tengo en mente el Pioneer S7.
