I purchased the tmobile edition of this device since I have no plans to swish carriers any time soon. The first device unfortunately arrived with a broken screen due to poor packaging but they were quick to make it right and expedited a new device asap. This one also arrived in my opinion poorly packaged but undamaged. The device was easy to setup and worked perfectly. I'm very happy with the price my only recommendation is the packaging.

Face recognition is not perfect but it is critical to me. I could use finger reading or typed the code. The phone is running smoothly so far since I had it in excellent condition. The battery is good to me since ai selected battery saving mode. Picture quality is awesome for low end phone. Friends were surprised when I sent them their pictures.

This is my first smart phone, and I couldn't be happier. I saved a ton of money buying a refurbished item, and got a much higher quality phone than I otherwise would have. I'm a fan of Samsung from other products, so the brand was a given. The refurbisher did a very thorough and professional job; I've had no issues of any kind in the 5+ months I've had the phone. The fact that it's locked to T-Mobile is not a problem, since I was already a customer. Even better, the "Connect by T-Mobile" prepaid service only costs me $10/month, because I'm not a big data user.

Overall, I like the phone. My issue is that after only four months of use, the battery swelled. I am told that a swollen battery may explode. In my case, the swollen battery caused the back of the phone to disconnect from the front screen. Because I keep the phone in a case, the unresponsive, black screen was my first indication that there was anything wrong with the phone. I expect a phone to last more than four months. Edit: Five months later, I am again having issues with the screen. The screen goes black. The only way to bring it back is to "massage the phone." I imagine it is only a matter of time before this does not bring it back. I have owned the phone less than 11 months. Very disappointing.

We ordered 3 of these to replace our free T-mobile phones. All looked practically brand new. We didn't have any issues switching the phones, although we took ours to T-Mobile to transfer everything. Battery life is not great compared to our other phones, but I understand these are much more upgraded from our previous ones and this seems to be an issue with Samsung. No fault of the seller. Shipped quickly, and packaged well.

This is my third A52 phone. Face recognition is okay, this fingerprint sensor did not work straight out of refurbished box, camera okay, battery life is good. Sometimes some of the keys around the fingerprint sensor do not work and I just restart the phone (which I do not know how to do other than telling Bixby or Google to do) and that fixes the keyboard issue.

Phone came looking brand new & it wasn't locked to T-mobile. I very happy, because I thought I was going to have to figure out how to unlock it. I won't ever get a phone unless it's an original T-mobile phone because there capability of connecting to the 5G UC network which is much faster than regular 5G. I'm so happy.

When setting up the phone, and transferring my current data. I forgot the password, therefore, I am locked out of my new phone, and I'm also out of $$$. I took it to Tmobile, and a cell phone Repair business, but they couldn't help. I am so very disappointed!
