Pyramex Capstone Gray Direct/Indirect

Some of the only goggles that fit comfortably over my glasses. They also leave no gap in the seal like traditional lab goggles do. I have pretty prominent cheek "apples" that always shift old style goggles around and keep them from being "sealed" against the sides of my nose. These goggles are comfortable and awesome.

This is a pretty serious pair of goggles. They were a little big for my face, but they are great eye protection.

The googles are decent and a very good value; well made, no fogging, great fit with the adjustable strap and no slippage. The order arrived within 2 days of purchase - great service! My only gripe is that the description states the goggles are multipurpose. I work with wood and metals, along with crafting and other artwork indoors and out. I really need goggles that serve all my needs. However, the packaging states that the goggles are not to be used for torch metalwork so be aware. Other than that I'm fairly satisfied because I rarely use a torch and smolder here and there - still I was hoping for goggles to serve all my artistic needs.I'd give 5 stars if not for that tidbit regarding the goggles being multipurpose.

I compared these Pyramex to 2 other goggles on two people. These fit over the glasses and sealed to face better than the others. They fogged during a 15-minute trial at home. Removing the top removable vent caps prevented fogging. After my tests I ordered 2 more.

In temperatures below 0F, they fog almost immediately. There isn't a good seal around your face and the temperature differential between your skin and the outside of the lenses is too great. If you need goggles in extreme winter conditions, make sure you get dual lens goggles (or ones with a build-in fan) to prevent fogging. These goggles are not adequate.

It is too big .

Well, they protect my eyes from hazardous chemicals, so they get two stars. They are not comfortable on my face, unless they are fit loosely, but that defeats their purpose. What's more, I can't see when I wear these. They fog like crazy! I've tried wearing them both with and without ventilation, but the results are the same--obscured vision. I leave the lab several times an hour to clear the fog. I would recommend buying other safety goggles.

Fits perfectly over my glasses! Love the feel and look. Only downside is the strap is really fragile so be careful not to pull too hard and snap it!
