Awesome device for monitoring your baby’s bedroom!
My wife and I are expecting a daughter in a few weeks, and ahead of this; we wanted to make sure her room was 100% complete, and ready; as most paranoid parents would. After the baby monitor, decorations, and everything; we thought “what about the air and temperature?”That Led us to Amazon, and the Netatmo “smart indoor air quality monitor”It only took a day to arrive (thanks Amazon Prime!) and we were off to the races.Setup was super easy. It comes with a micro USB plug-in adapter, to plug Into a regular wall outlet. After that, it lights up, and you need to download the App, and connect it to your home Wifi.Overall, the whole process took maybe (5) minutes, and it’s great. It measures the temperature, air quality, humidity, and even the decibel (loudness) of the room.It even comes in pink! So it matches out decor.Overall, we’re super happy with our purchase, and will look at other additional Netatmo products, as we continue upgrading our home to make it “smart”

Awful software
I guess it works, but the iPhone software is so awful that doesn't really matter. Let's list the problems:- the graph UI was designed by morons and constantly shows not just the range over which data exists but a large range of future days where data does not exist. Why? Just why?- the actual sensors seem twitchy and too dumb to engage in any sort of averaging. In particular I get an alert every two days that my CO2 levels have reached dangerous heights, only to have the system decide five minutes later that was a false alert and they're actually quite normal. This would be bad enough in terms of making graphs look stupid and unhelpful, but it also generates a constant stream of alerts. I could switch them off --- but then why did I buy this thing?Basically I bought this as a CO2 sensor. In that role, in its current form, it is not useful. The firmware on the device, and the iPhone software are too amateurish to be usable.I will not buy anything ever again from Netatmo, and would not recommend them to anyone else.

Good idea, horrible in use
It sits on a shelf not far from my router, when I check the app it reports data probably about 20% of the time and when I look at the recent history it Norman only had about 4 or 5 data points out of the prior 24 hours.

Works well
The product does what I need it to do. I can check my air quality, temperature, and humidity even when I am traveling.

Useful thing for monitoring air quality in bedroom
Decided to write short review after owning it one month. There was no problem with connecting to WiFi,everything works as described. Useful thing for monitoring air quality in bedroom. It has four sensors and easy integrates to Apple HomeKit so I can make automation when CO2 ,temperature or humidity rise to high levels. Love it . Thinking of adding more units to my home.

It is basically a WIFI thermometer and CO2 monitor.
The "Air Quality" monitor appears to show only the CO2 level. It would be more honest and accurate to just call it what it is, a CO2 monitor.

Won't connect
Update 12/02/2017Thank you Amazon. A replacement arrived and the old one returned, all at no cost. Outstanding customer service. Netatmo take note, this is how it is done. In the past you have been great but support on this device was terrible. I mean wanting to charge over $100 to ship a replacement?? That is more than it was worth. Ridiculous. Was it being sent on airforce one or something? Three weeks to get to that conclusion? Amazon had it sorted in 3 hours and it arrived just over a week later for $10.Ok now that is out of the way this is actually a great device. Like my three other Netatmo products once going it does what it says and does it very well. I would like to see IFTTT working with it though. HomeKit is next to useless in many countries as we don't have HomeKit switches yet. I would like it to control a heater in my Childs room. I use IFTTT on ALL my other Netatmo products and it works brilliantly. Temp, sound and air quality (CO2) all work perfectly. You can track history which is very interesting. The noise sensor is great too and will alert you if noise rises too much for a child if set in that mode or in any other mode.So yep, great device, well worth buying. Just hope you get a working one first up or support is lacking. Buy via Amazon and you will be looked after though.Update 27/01/2017Customer service is a joke in this case. Three weeks to answer three emails. They ask for test videos and all sorts of silly stuff and promise to help but never get to it!Thank god for Amazon who are sorting the issue out. They really know how to treat customers and reply within the hour, not days or weeks. Plus they actually sort the issue. A shame as I have three Netatmo products and really love those.Original reviewTerrible which is so disappointing as I have three Netatmo devices. It started the wifi setup process which appeared to have worked however immediately following this it started to update the firmware (similar to what my presence did but worked). After that it tried to reconnect and failed. I no longer can find the device with my phone and the app. Touching the top does not bring up the white glow configuration light. Holding it makes it flash red to reset but still can't connect. Not happy! Takes days to get a reply from Netatmo. A real shame as I love their gear but this is not good. Feel free to help me Netatmo. Thanks

Home Kit integration is barely useful
No integration with IFTTT, the Weather Station has extensive integration and the app has a lot more functionality. IMHO get the WS, forget about the HC. The price differential is not much.
