I can’t program auto locking?

Hi, the factory default settings for Auto lock is disabled. You can manually press any number for 3-5 seconds to lock door. OR you can set auto lock by the following steps: 1.change master code(The default master code is 12345678), press REVOLO button 2 times,then enter 1-8 master code, press REVOLO Button again, wait for long green light, press 1, after green light flash, you can make your own new master code, press REVOLO , wait for green light flash,then enter new master code again, press REVOLO, wait until green light flash succeed. 2.Auto lock setting, press REVOLO button 2 times, then enter the new master code, press REVOLO,then press 5, wait for green light flash, press 1 + REVOLO, Auto lock enabled green light flash. What is the dimension from the bottom handle fits thru the door and screws in from the inside to where the center of the latch to open the door

I think you’re asking for the distance to drill the hole for the screw that holds the bottom of the handle. I didn’t measure it when I installed it. Rather, I trial fitted it and used the handle to mark where to drill. Keep the drill level and true when drilling through the door.

Not matter how many times I try to reset and reprogram it won’t work. How do I get a replacement?

I had a similar problem, and spoke with customer service. They were very helpful in getting the problem fixed and now it works great. Had to do with position of key during initial set up. Follow instructions to reset back to manufacturers code, uninstall and then start again.

My door will not lock or unlock with the keypad... When I place in locked position, with door open, it will make noise like it wants to unlock?

It sounds like you didn’t set the lock for right or left when you installed it. Go back and read the instructions. It tells you how to set the lock so it knows which direction to turn.
