Been trying these post surgery need electrolytes does the job tastes really nice just ordered more .

Had a few different brands of these hydro tablets like SIS and High 5 both were nice but either lacked taste like the high 5 ones or were stupidly expensive like the SIS. The PHD ones are cheap compared to the others and the strawberry and lime ones I get have a grate taste to them and even tho I use 4 tablets for 2 litres they always dissolve fully and leave no residue. Would recommend these over the others

Not the best tasting but pallitable .....I take them when I'm increasing my water intake during exercise....they work well

Great for intensive exercise. No complaints at all

I like this flavour, actually taste like strawberry 🙂 always add 1 in my water before I go to the gym :)
