Does this come with 2 handles. both sides of the door

Yes, passage door handles come with handles for both sides of door without a lock. I used these on my entry doors with automatic locks installed above them. Works and looks great. For bathrooms and bedrooms I used the Casey handles with lock. Very well made.

If the privacy model is unlocked. Is the other side unlocked as well??

Yes. The thing is basically an internet controlled deadbolt

Haha, no manual! Its basically just 2 pieces, a backplate that you screw to the door, then place the handle on the backplate and turn to lock in place. If youre like me, not intuitive, it can be frustrating when things dont come with instructions, but at least i wish they came with an illustration.
