Does a great job for communication on a boat.

I use this product to communicate with my timer at track and field meets. Once the two head sets sync together they work very well. They have saved a tremendous amount of time and allow me to finish my job as starter much more effectively and efficiently..

We bought these as kind of a luxury buy, but now we wonder how we ever managed without headsets on a boat. They work super well, and things like wind noise don’t seem to get picked up by the microphones. Other reviews have mentioned short battery life, but we haven’t found that. The master unit has a physical on off switch. Easy to use. The remote unit has a small push button to turn on and off. When on, it has a fairly faint blue light that’s hard to see. We suspect that other buyers might have not switched that unit off after use.

We love these for our boat. The only downside is you need to take battery out of the second headset after use. Only the main headset has a on/off. The secondary one doesn’t. Battery will be dead the next day If you don’t.

Bought these for communicating between officials at track meets. At first, the officials are usually skeptical and hesitant to use them. However, if we can get them to try they almost always comment about how helpful they are. Comfortable and easy to use. Biggest complaint is that some of the older officials have trouble getting the mic into the muted position and we get a hot mic but that is just a learning curve issue and not really a design flaw.

First of all, the sound quality of these headsets is fantastic! Using these, we're able to communicate gently with one another whenbacking the trailer, docking the boat, or climbing the mast. This is so much nicer than yelling at one another (I'm sure others at the dock appreciate it too).I gave these 4 stars for comfort. It's not that their uncomfortable, they are just too large for my tiny head. They fit my husband fine, but I have to come up w/creative ways to keep them on my head when outside the helm station for fear they'll fall into the drink or down from the mast onto the deck.As far as battery life, we learned quickly that leaving the batteries installed when not use was a no-no. When we went to use them to dock our boat, the batteries were dead! BTW, this is clearly outlined in the instruction manual... Now, we remove the batteries every time we finish using the headsets. We can get 3 uses out of them before they start beeping (indicating they require charge).The cost of these were w/in our budget, so we are happy to charge them every third use.The headsets come in a very nice/ample sized storage case. The case is plenty large enough to store not just the headsets, batteries & charger, we are able to store other items in the case as well (ex: sail & cold weather gloves).It is my opinion that this a great purchase and I would definitely purchase them again.

Product not working when received, I attempted multiple time to reach Amazon to return the product and the seller. never used the product once and it is not working. I am trying to get a refund and an RMA through the my credit card company. I will update my review if I get an RMA but not very good way to stay behind your product.
