what is the depth of the back plate?

The key factor is ensuring that the one fixing hole the door bar and key housing is exactly the same. The depth of the plates the manufacturer gives 2 lengths of screws to compensate thickness of the door. I only had to open the bottom hole to align the screw but fitted ok.

my upvc door, it’s 241mm in length 56.43 from lock to downwards screw, and 88.9 from lock to upwards screw, will this fit on my internal door

Looking at the dimensions given in the listing I would say not.
