Great flour - Barely raises glucose
This flour is an little-known gem. It is loaded with fiber and does not raise glucose much at all. You can mix it with almond flour and make great tortillas. Strangely it has a kind of corn flavor which almost makes you feel like you are eating a corn tortilla, but with almost no net carbs. Lupin flour is my friend.

Makes great chaffles
A better option for Chaffles. Has less carbs and better flavor. (Use 1/2 amount needed of almond flour)

Not my favorite
Texture is weird. I used it to make pancakes and they break when trying to flip them. Flavor is not my favorite either but it’s a matter of taste.

excited about this product
I just made my 1st patch of biscuits, from Keto rewind/keto twins recommendations /recipes on YouTube. and they came out really good. I even had to sub an ingredient (plain yogurt for the sour cream) and YUM. well,I ate like 5 or them though out the day. This may definitely be my new "go to" for gluten free, low carb bread option, as the Almond flour options are just always a little dense and very expensive. I'm not really a baker, but it is worth it to make stuff with this product.

Okay alternative
This is an okay flour alternative. It’s better than almond flour in terms of using it in baking but it does have a bean flavor to it. It’s easier to use than almond flour as well. I didn’t mind it much but if you don’t like beans, pass on this. For me, as long as it’s low carbs I’ll use it. It’s a bit expensive for how much you get in my opinion.

Excellent!
A delicious addition to my baking flour! Very hearty tasting, especially in biscuits. I use a 50/50 mix of this & all purpose flour.
