My grandson is into all kinds of construction trucks so he absolutely loves this one

I ordered this remote control excavator for a 5 year old who just goes nuts for piece of machinery, large or small. (He gets up early on garbage pickup day just to sit by the curb and watch the garbage truck do its work.) Needless to say the Weecoc excavator is a huge hit. The arm and scoop motion are very realistic and learning to operate it was a piece of cake even at just five years of age.

My 3-year-old son is always watching Blippi on YouTube, and he has heard the excavator song probably a thousand times. So when I saw this remote control excavator, I had to get it for him. When I opened the package, it took me a while to get it out, since there were actually small screws holding it to the inside of the box. At first I thought it only came with one battery, but one battery was already installed. It's nice that you can keep one battery charged to swap them out when the first one dies. One thing I don't like is that the battery is proprietary and comes with a special USB charger. So if you ever lose the charger it it stops working, you will have no way to charge the batteries. That is the reason I am deducting one star on my rating. But otherwise my son loves this toy, and it works very well so far. The remote control uses 2 standard AA batteries. It is very easy to move the excavator forward, backward, turn it around, and operate the bucket. With a little practice you can easily pick up objects, move them somewhere, and put them down. There is also a button on the remote that will play a few different songs if you want. I thought that was kind of strange, but my son enjoys that too. Overall this is a great toy that any toddler should enjoy.

Let me first start by saying this was my only option I could not find a way to contact the company so I’m writing this review. If the company refunds me or sends me a new crane I will erase this. My son was extremely excited to get this remote control crane and after he got it and put the batteries in it, it did not work and the toy is made very cheap like honestly wouldn’t last a week with a young boy. Someone please contact me so we can get this issue fixed. Thanks.

Never worked and seller has never gotten back with me

My boy loves the outdoors and dirt so I figured hey this is perfect and great companion for his other outdoor construction toys. It works well and seems to be made decent but yeah if he gets rough with it something might break on it. Hopefully it will last a bit because he is having fun pushing his dump truck around with it. It was a Christmas present, and the next week it stopped working. Didn’t last long.

The boys love this tractor. They play in the dirt with it for hours. The remote is fairly easy to use. The batteries seem to die in about 20 to 30 minutes with constant play. Would recommend.

Only complaint is I wish the string holding the hook was thicker, with use the tiny string is fraying a bit. Cute crane though, works well. Remote isn't labelled well so a little harder for a younger kid but not impossible with some patience. Music is a little annoying but can turn it off and on!

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my grandson. He absolutely loved it. In only a matter of minutes, he had the remote figured out and was moving and lifting small objects. He even figured out how to do wheelie with it

Missing tail light Not well made
