Q: I ordered a three pack and only received one of the soft heather gray. When will I receive the other two skeins?

I would contact Amazon customer service. I ordered several of these three packs in various colors and they always came all at once, together in one large plastic wrapping.

Q: If i buy 2 or 3 bags of 3 skeins of same lots will all 3 bags have same lot numbers?

Can't speak for other sellers, but for us it will most likely be the same dye-lot, but cannot absolutely 100% guarantee it. You can also buy it as a 6 pack from our storefront.
