Brilliant!!
My child is transgender and these work perfectly to flatten and hide his chest.I have been in contact with these sellers when I had questions and I can't thank them or rate them high enough for all their help.I've ordered two of these now and would highly recommend them. It's a strong material that doesn't loosen after washes. My son is 13 and small in size but a medium fits him great. Will be buying more as he grows. Thanks again to the sellers! :-)

Does a good job:)
Delivery was fast and discreet :)34C/36B and a medium fit good. Felt a bit tight but its supposed to - just dont let it stop you breathing! HahaEasiest way to put it on is turn it inside out, hold it upside down with the double panel facing the front, pull it up to your hips (will take some time.. but it gets easied) then take the shoulder straps and pull those up so your binder is now the right way :)It does roll up.. Mine did about an inch because of my hips.. keep that in mind:)It looks more like pecs with me but it did flatten so I'm happy :)I'm not ftm, but prefer to have a flat chest

The material isn't super comfortable to get on and off being a bit ...
My bra size is 32G with my bust measuring 38 inches, I opted for the large instead of XL to accommodate my smaller back and this has worked very well. The material isn't super comfortable to get on and off being a bit rough against the skin as it's a kind of thick mesh, but is fine once it's on. I do have to adjust myself occasionally through the day, but because I have been wearing a sports bra and suppression sport bra previously, I was able to wear it for a full day without having to build up to it, which is generally recommended to get your body used to them.Tip found online: once you have this on and over your shoulders, lean back as if to lay down (or even lay down if you can), this will cause your chest to fall into a naturally 'flat' position making it easier and more effective to pull the binder down the rest of the way. You'll likely need to adjust after a little but your chest should be pretty much as down and out as it can be before the binder is in place.

Permanently damaged my ribs
I’ve been wearing this binder as a cheaper alternative for about 2 years now. It was good for what it was, but I can tell you for sure that it definitely wasn’t made for trans guys in mind. Not only does it constantly ride up over my waist, but the material is uncomfortable and restrictive as well. The compression and flatness this binder gives you is great but it’s not without its risks. I used to be able to wear this for 8-10 hours at a time now I can’t even wear it for more than 30 minutes without my ribs aching and feeling like I’m suffocating. It might be okay if you have a smaller bust size (although I still wouldn’t risk it) but if you’re on the bigger side like me you should definitely pass on this. Invest in a gc2b binder which is actually made for trans guys and don’t risk your health or comfort.

Comfortable once you get used to them
Comfortable once you get used to them, the material is itchy at first before a few wears and a few washes, however they quickly become comfortable. Obviously this does compress the chest, however I found my size (Measured chest correctly and followed the sizing chart) allowed me to breath easily when just walking around and going about daily tasks, however I would say that the black colour in particular will cause a lot of sweat build up on hot days, and this shouldn't be used for working out in. Other than the sweat build up (which is expected of all binders, and the material of this one actually helps to keep you cool unlike some other brands) this is an excellent product that has alleviated my dysphoria massively! (I also purchased the white, which is just as good!)

Brilliant!
I'm FtM, and this is the first binder, so maybe I am a little biased, but this binder is great! I ordered an L and it was slightly too big round my stomach and neck, but it worked perfectly on my chest! It made my DD's completely vanish!

Good but...
As a trans guy who's been binding for nearly a year now I do have conflicting views with underworks as a brand but my review scores are based on things such as delivery time not just my own preferences. If you want to hear that I'll get into that in the last paragraph. The product arrived faster than the websites do so I can't fault them there. It's a good binder and does help to give a flatter chest appearance. That being said, the material is very different from gc2b so I feel it's better if you can avoid this being your first binder. The material is harder to move around in and the compression can make activities harder to complete. It's ok if you're consistently binding for a while then switch to using it because it's less adjusting your body has to do.
