Going by the reviews, these batteries are apparently fake. how come, if this is the case, that amazon are still selling them as "duracell"?

I bought a pack of 24 of these for my fire alarm. The previous Duracell last 3 years. These have lasted three weeks. No refund because they fall outside Amazon’s 1 month policy. I am stuck with fake batteries now.

Are these fake or genuine duracell, if real should have batch no. etched into the plastic label, none of mine did..fake??

Too be honest they look real and the packaging feels as thick as Duracell I wouldn’t think Amazon sell fake stuff like on ebay

Whats the use by date

The ones that we (GUARANTEED$LESS) are selling are direct from Duracell dated 2031. There are cheaper ones with short date so be careful.
