I was disappointed with cheap feeling Plastic for its expensive price. I was worried that I would brain the pinion part where it connects to the mop itself.

This mop does not flip up as easily as advertised, but is still satisfactorily usable. Its nice and compact so good for smaller living spaces.How good this mop works depends on the type of surface your are using it on. I have glossy ceramic tiles so not recommended for that. Generally not a bad product - the self cleaning definitely makes it easy to clean.

Great product and nice compact bucket.Easy to use.Only one slight annoyance is the end of the cloth that enters the bucket when drying has loops to attach it to the mop. These make the cloth detach from the mop.Otherwise this is a great mop.

It is really very useful it is good idea of how cleaning water and did you dirty water that mixing together end it is saving your time and effort when you’re cleaning the floors it’s good quality

Compact, simple to use mop. Have only opened recently and used once so far but it did the job perfectly. The wet-dry concept works like a charm. Flexible mop head reaches narrow corners and under low furniture too. Very happy with the product and the quality. The size is excellent for storage in smaller apartments. The extra mop mats included in the package are an absolute plus!

The 1st few weeks of cleaning was great. Bot I have a broken stick! Broke in the areas where so portion groves into another! Now I have to figure out if at all I will get spares!

Excellent, much much better than previous similar ones. Handle and brush pretty standard but the dual basin (clean and dirty), the little spikes to clean the head and the squeegee device are all very strong and always keep the head clean and don’t just ‘wet’ the floor but actually work well with just the right amount. Will buy again.

Too many downsides to be good. Bucket is small. While that is great for storage, it is also very lightweight and don't account for half staying empty when you fill the water side. Meaning, it is really easy to knock over, in fact, when using either cleaning or drying side, it wobbles and you have to physically hold it for it to not topple. That essentially dismiss the ease of usage.Bucket is just a few inches too short, so even fully filled, the top of the mop pad don't get submerged, staying dry and dirty. The drying side works by squeegee pad on the way down, not up. So, when you have dried it a couple of times and water have accumulated at the bottom, you are putting the dry mop in said water and get it back bottom dripping. And even when you maneuver the mop to dry it as best as possible, it is still really wet, leaving floors wet, not damp. I have no idea how you could use it to actually mop up a puddle. The handle is lightweight, consisting of several hollow screwed together part. That unscrew on their own while you are using the mop. So you have to stop constantly and screw them all together again. On plus side, the removable pad washes really easy by hand, it basically self release all the dirt, leaving it looking like new. I had such high hopes for this mop and it is not cheap , so i am very disappointed and regret buying it.

I had high hopes for this little set, but it certainly didn't live up to my expectations.Firstly the design could be adapted a little as the mop only retracts one way which results in one half of the mop pad being almost dry when placing into the wet section of the bucket. I also found it quite difficult to wring the water out using the dry side, the pad was still very wet despite me trying to drain it 5 or 6 times. also the velcro doesn't seem to hold the pad very well so sometimes it crumples in the drying section resulting it in being stuck. The bucket itself, while a good size if storage is an issue for you, is so side heavy in the water compartment that I've toppled it over more than once now. Only had it a week as I wanted a quick easy way to clean all my floors between weekly steaming with my Shark but I've now ordered a spray mop and will try and recycle this with somebody else rather than add to landfill. Good idea but definitely needs some more thought

I liked the idea of clean and dirty water being in separate areas. Unfortunately the water to clean doesn’t stay full meaning the mop doesn’t get entirely submerged into the water. The mop handle isn’t the strongest, I do like the many mop heads you get with this item, and although it’s not great it cleans my floors well.

I liked the idea off it ,but when you put it in the dry part,the small spikes part,to push the water off it,doesnt come over far enough to take the water from the pad,so the floor ends up really wet,also it would be better if you could turn the mop part round both ways, as it doesn't come right up to the top,so part of it stays dirty

This is an excellent productWell worth the money.And you get loads of replacement clothes.We have had tilers in the kitchen this week and they make a mess this little mop cleans up no problem.I've had a karcher floor cleaner before costing over £200 and this does the same job for a lot less money.Highly recommended this item.
