InfinityKAPPA693M 6" x 9" (168mm x 240mm) Three-Way Car Speaker

Outstanding sound! They can really be driven hard. Even better paired with the 6.5s

I bought these to replace my discontinued Infinity Kappa 693.7i speakers. Before installation, I was a little concerned about going from the dual voice coils on the 693.7i's to single on these 693M's, but after the 693's turned on, it didn't matter and I was sold!

They're great speakers but be careful about the size of these bad boys.These are some big boy 6X9s.

Seems like that when one of the speakers gets warm it starts making some king of noise like if the coils makes scratches noises.

First of all speakers and grills look amazing. These speakers require a very deep recession so do your homework. When I got them open first thing I noticed was on both speakers the Tweeter bridge was Very loose. My thinking was defective product they cannot be manufactured like this. I took them to a local sound shop they were kind enough to open a set they had for sale, sure not as loose but not lock down firm. After thinking about it I decided to keep them. They sound good but only time will tell if I made an error in judgment. I haven't found any info or write ups on this situation. However I don't think I'll go Infiniti again.

Best speakers I’ve ever owned hands down. I would say they are a bit pricey but definitely worth every penny!

These speakers are priced four times more than their value. This is 100% buyers remorse only because I spent this much on speakers that a $40 6 x 9 set up would’ve been equivalent to.
