Is your product irradiated at any point?

Yeah, when the garlic is in the sun it is irradiated. As for whether the product is irradiated (with something like ultraviolet light) to disinfect it... I do not know. However, it does not matter. It is not like the "radiation" stays in it and makes it somehow harmful. It would be much better than chemical disinfectants. The question is as irrelevant as asking whether it was ever harvested on a Tuesday.... because that's the unlucky day.

Are there any fillers, anti caking ingredients, and other ingredients in it that are not required by law to be disclosed?

It’s a single source pure turmeric powder.

What I can tell you about this Garlic powder is that it isn't bad. Would I buy it again probably not. It definitely has a foreign aspect to it yet it garlic powder I Was wanting a powder that would last and it has and I do use it still however I am an American and I wanted a more Lawyer's garlic powder type of seasoning is all also it works really well in marinaded meats.

Superfine, floury texture

Actually really garlic

This garlic powder is everything! If you have never bought a REAL garlic powder you will be in for a treat with this one. It is very fine, an actual powder, but without all the fillers that most brands have, you realize that it’s ACTUALLY REAL GARLIC! You can smell the difference. The size is a great value because you much more than you do at the store, and because there is a larger quality, it will last a long time. It was so easy to open the bag and fill our little spice jars.
