Beautiful Box, But Locking It Is Tricky
This is a beautifully crafted wooden box with intricate engraving and a smooth finish. The mango wood has a rich, natural look, and the craftsmanship is impressive. It’s a perfect size for keepsakes, jewelry, or small valuables, and it feels sturdy and well-made.The only downside is that if you want to add a lock, the hole is quite small. I tried several different locks and couldn’t find one that fit properly, which was a little disappointing. Other than that, it’s a gorgeous and functional box that makes a great gift or personal storage piece.

Beautiful Wood and Artfully Carved
These are beautifully carved boxes and great for holding jewelry or small whatnots. The mango wood is perfect as it appears antiqued. Someone did an artful job of carving!

These are handsome if you don't need perfection
These are handcrafted, and each is a little bit different. I have purchased four. Two looked extremely smooth and fine, one had a rough corner edge that I smoothed with the back of a knife. The fourth had a couple of little imperfections in the wood surface on the top of the box. Basically, these boxes are handsome, with a finely crafted tree in the center, but know that there can be tiny imperfections.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:For the price point this is a lovely box. It is simple, on the small side (be sure to check the measurements), but perfect for my needs. I got it to condense the clutter of items accumulated on an end table by the TV.
