The pot lights up, not too bright, while water is being heated and automatic shut off once it reaches the boil. You learn the click sound in case you step away. The pot itself will get hot but the handle does not and you feel no heat gripping the handle or pouring. It doesn’t take long to boil and will hold temperature for a little bit. The plastic feels ok, but I’ve yet to feel uncomfortable with it. The lime color is cute and cheerful.I would definitely reorder.

When I opened this up, it didn’t look like it was going to hold very much, but I was definitely surprised! It can boil a lot of water! It works quickly, is easy to use, and really easy to clean too. The light isn’t annoying or disruptive. We bought this to use while camping, and actually like that it’s not metal.

This is a cost friendly great quality tea kettle. I use it for work and have been for a few months. Highly recommend. Does what it needs to, looks sleek. The lid opens easily and the water is heated properly. This product appears it should last for quite a while with daily use.

It's rapid boil as it says. I wish the poor spout was a little longer, but if you're careful, it's good. I don't know why I didn't buy one of these years ago. So much faster than a tea kettle

The kettle is great. Only thing I would change is to add weight to the base, the kettle grabs it and with it being so light weight it stays attached. The base isn't hot in the slightest, so it's no real problem to hold the base.
