These are "heavy" and thick. I don't think you could bend them which is good. They look nice with the satin finish. My only complaint is that the edge of the handle is not as smooth as I would like. It almost feels a little sharp. Almost but not quite. I bought them to replace missing spoons and ill keep them. I have 3 kids who will throw them out and lose them eventually anyways. Thanks kids. Over all I think they are pretty high quality especially for the price. (Oneida, vale set of 6 spoons)

The Oneida “Dinner Spoon” is my favorite spoon. After decades my flatware was a blend of purchased and gifted, but there was one spoon that was my favorite. I looked for a long time to find the set that matched this one spoon. A Google photo search finally lead me to the Oneida Vale set. BINGO ! The Oneida Vale Dinner Spoon is larger than a teaspoon, but smaller that a tablespoon. It’s Perfect. Great weight, smooth edges, good finish. I will be buying more spoons soon.

I already own the Oneida Vale spoons and have been very happy with them. When I needed to top off my fork inventory, I didn’t hesitate to order the Oneida vale forks, as well. I love the matte finish, as it generally hides smudges and flaws. Unfortunately, in the set of 6 that I ordered, one came badly mangled. Another is dented and chipped pretty bad. I’m not even sure how this happened as these are very heavy, sturdy silverware. I still love this silverware, the seller should not be sending out damaged inventory.

Our forks seem to disappear, so I got these to build our supply back up. They are great, and a good weight in my hand. Glad I chose these!
