I use this after removing my makeup. Very good for puffy face & eye bags. I would recommend!

Does the job but can be tricky to get out of the holder on first use, or when you want to try get to the bottom half.Some branded ones sound like they have little nooks to help with this somehow.

It takes some getting used to because it’s soo cold but it wakens the skin and reduces puffiness under the eyes.

I don’t understand what’s the point of the lower part, it’s practically unusable, it’s quite annoying that I have to refill daily as it’s pretty small. Also, it’s quite difficult to open sometimes.Otherwise it’s a really good product, that might suit some people’s needs more than they do mine.

Product leaked so water just went everywhere in the freezer as opposed to freezing in the rubber container. Waste of money really.

This is absolutely brilliant. Keep it in the freezer and use when needed. Works very well.
