It works! let me explain
This product works great as long as you realize what you have here. I used it on concrete. You can tell it is on there but just very slightly (it is slightly opaque). Apply 3 thin coats and that's it. Shake often! This product reflects light that from the same angle as you shine the light. For example, it will glow if you are driving a car and your headlights hit the paint. It only reflects the light towards your and not to anyone that is not in the car.

Disappointed
I must have gotten a bad can. Did not work.Sprayed 5 thin layers on mail box numbers. Checked that night. No reflectiveness.Applied 5 more thicker coats the next day. Nothing. Just looks like clear coat.

Works great
I have wanted reflecting wheels for my bike, but what few are made are very expensive and my bike takes an odd size wheel. When I ran across the listing I was thrilled, but concerned as to whether the paint would work at all because of so many bad reviews.Well, I generally followed the directions on the can and the result is a very reflective wheel rim. Here is what I did:1) taped off the parts of the wheel where I didn't want paint (obviously). This is a bit of work, but fortunately I was working with the rim only and will build up the wheel later. I used the wheel as a template and cut curves in the blue painters tape so I could mask the machined sidewalks of the rim.2) shook the can very thoroughly. This is very important because this "paint" is a clear coat carrier for super tiny reflective beads. It is these beads that makes your item reflective, if they are not mixed in to the stream you are spraying at your object, it will not end up reflective! (Think unshaken vinegar and oil dressing.)3) shook the can again after every 15 seconds of spraying, according to directions.4) did three very light coats 2 minutes apart. While I was waiting between coats, I kept shaking the can so the reflective beads and the clear coat paint wouldn't separate. After drying, I tested in a dark room and a flashlight and it was definitely reflecting. I noticed that from some parts of the rim (the flats parallel to the ground) were super bright white compared to the rim sidewalls. This can only be from the higher density of beads. This gave me the idea to add more paint. I repeated steps 1-4 after 24 hours. The brightness of the reflectivity increased dramatically. Even the blue painters masking tape is shiny. I may do a third round as an experiment, although my buddy says it looks great already and should stop.I bought another can to do more wheels.

Works if you look at it right
Included photo was base coated with Glidden Safety Orange Enamel Paint, Left board was coated with this reflective spray paint, right board had no coating. Looking straight at the board with a flashlight with coating an immediate white shimmer appears, looking at it from the side however no reflectivity could be seen. Coating took away all the gloss orange and left it cloudy matte in appearance. This product would be ideal for mailboxes, parking bollards, fence posts, and haunted houses. Product diversifys greater than a normal spray can it is recommended to have the nozzle 12-18” away from item being sprayed to keep object from clouding up too much, spray gets everywhere if a gust of wind comes up while spraying be sure to cover or remove objects within in 10 feet that you don’t want easily found in the dark. While it was hard to see reflectivity from side with a flashlight it was more easily viewable on infrared security cameras, making this a great product to apply as backdrop to see things walking in front of the paint on camera.

Reflective but not reflective enough...
This product does not defend from cameras, find another product if this is the reason you are buying it. It seems to be somewhat effective at night when illumination is fully provided by a camera flash but during daytime, the ambient light is enough to negate the over-illumination effect expected when the camera flash happens. This is definitely 'highly reflective' paint, but definitely not a candidate for anti-snooping.

Definately works
Havnt got any red light tickets!! Works really damn good. Im impressed. Did 4 layers on 2 plates and 2 layers on buddies plates. Still have half a can left over. Perfect ratios for spraying.Works for evening/night accidental red light squabbles.Doesnt work for day time

Waste of money.
Do not waste your money. This glass bottle we sprayed this on was motors reflective before we painted it with this ptmroduct. We went back out after dark and shined our headlights on it and we thought the bottle had been taken.
