This makes REAL shaved ice just from any ice cubes. We use it several times a day just at home. It is too large to keep on the kitchen counter. We are going to put it on our covered deck outside. It is also very loud. What we love about it is you just use any ice cubes. You don’t have to pre-freeze a specific shape of ice.

Unfortunately it’s not made with the highest quality of materials. It came delivered to my house when I wasn’t home so of course after unpacking it’s dented in a few spots. Would not recommend to anyone. Decided not to use this bin for a customer and go with a bigger name brand bin.

Love this machine. I use it at school. It is fast, fast, fast.

We absolutely love this machine. It does crush the ice a little slow because we have it turned to It’s finest ice shaving. I’m glad we spent extra to get the better machine. I’m only giving it four stars because it is slow.

I like the option where I can change the ice sizes, my granddaughter can have snow cones .

Very misleading. Not an ice maker and not storage. There is no top at all. This will be returned

The media could not be loaded. I loved how the ice came out it was exactly what I was looking for.However,it came a little dirty I didn’t think anything of it at first I was going to wipe the machine down anyway. But, after my first use I took the tray out and the specs were back.Kinda concerning because I figured it was in the machine so definitely let it run for a while before eating any ice.
