I'm curvy, 5'2" and weigh 209 lbs. My measurements are Bust: 36DDD/38DD Waist: 33" Hips: 46". I purchased the large after reading the reviews. It fits perfectly and is comfortable. I will be purchasing another one in size medium as I've already been losing inches off my waist. It doesn't roll down and stays in place. The material is pretty sturdy. I love the 3 straps and how you can control how tight you can make each one. I used to have to wear 2 waist trimmers as they weren't long enough and now, I only have to use this one as it fits my entire waist from under the bustline down to my hips. Definitely good quality for the price.

Remarkable! I actually thought the reviews were paid because everyone's waist looked snatched. I thought they either didn't have a stomach to begin with but I was wrong! I'm so glad I took a chance. I've used Squeem for a decade and I didn't want to try anything else but I'm going on Vacay and I want to look snatched to capacity darling but also be able to eat, eat, eat and dance and breathe while doing so. I like the Velcro because I can adjust it to my liking and it DOES NOT ROLL UP!!! I can loosen it when it's eat time, then put it back when it's photo time. Lol. I also used Squeem for pelvic pain I've had for years, it's long and helps put pressure on the pain, this one is shorter than Squeem but long enough to cover the stomach but I want the entire stomach from way under the breast down all the way to my hip for pain relief and extra snatched so I just ordered another one. The before and after photo of me in pink is with me only wearing one of these in the after photo and nothing in the first photo. Hope this helps!

Going to try and wear this 5-8 hrs a day for 30 days and then I’ll update this review.At first try on, this waist trainer is wearable, true to size, has a lot of support. It is a bit bulky in the front, but looks good everywhere else.I would recommend wearing a tank top underneath because it can be a bit itchy where the Velcro is if you don’t match it up perfectly.TBH this is the best waist trainer I’ve owned so far. I’m excited to see some results from long-term use

I bought it confidently from the reviews, and omgggg it delivers 100%!!!I am 5ft 1 and 128 lbs currently, bought an x-small for the snuggest fit possible based on what reviews said. I lift weights and I want to start fixing my posture and being more conscious of my core throughout the day, and this is IT. This is exactly what I’ve wanted from every waist cincher I’ve ever bought, but only THIS ONE has turned out how I dreamed the perfect waist cincher should be. It’s literally perfect. I like extra snugness around my “mom pooch” just above my hips, and this is the only one I’ve found that can done exactly what I want without compromising fit/comfort. I have a short torso but that doesn’t affect the fit of the product at all which is usually not the case. The ability to customize the fit is amazing and two layers of double-sided Velcro makes this SO INSANELY SECURE! It’s amazing, it works exactly as I dreamed it would, I am so happy. I am wearing it over a cami just because I don’t want to sweat directly onto it, I don’t wanna have to wash it every other day. But it seems like it’ll hold up in the wash well. I’ll probably put it in a delicates bag by itself.Just get it, sis. Don’t hesitate. Don’t walk. RUN! You’ll love it!!

Best waist trainer I’ve ever bought. Definitely recommend getting this one if you like a good tug to your waist but also not uncomfortable. fits great and is stretchy.

Best waist trainer, helps alot with back pain, I have back pain from my bed which has a dip in it, and wearing this helps my back feel better, it does not fold when u sit down, I have a problem with my stomach folding since a I have short torso. I am 175 but mainly carry it in my thighs, and I’m 5’4 got size med. now if you have a smaller rib cage like me you may want to get a small but my rib cage is a 32 kinda uncommon. But this works well, would buy again.

WHY ISN’T THIS GOING VIRAL?!?! THIS WORKS!!! This is one waistband trainer that actually works instantly!! Wore it on the first day for 6 hours (X-Small) I usually wear large/medium. I’m 4’11 and weigh 135-140. I was shocked to see the curve it left on my waistline!! IT LEFT ME WITH A TINY SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE OF A CINCH WAIST!! Be warned that my undergarments that I wore underneath the band was extremely soaked with sweat. I’m assuming that’s what cinched my waist. Water lost!! This is worth every penny!! You won’t regret buying this!! Bonus part, is that it supports your back and the more you wear it the more the belt stretches.
