Q: Do you need to heat style your hair after application? Or does it absorb on its own?

I always heat style my hair but I don't believe that's necessary. It doesn't appear to build up on your hair therefore I would say it absorbs on its own. I have used it for years and really love it.

Q: Do you use as a heat protectant before blow drying or straightening?

No, this makes my hair soft and smooth, controls the frizz and I LOVE it.....I have never used a heat protectant but I blowdry my hair a few times a week and never had a problem with damage.

Q: Does Bain de Terre test on animals?

I'm not 100% sure. I don't think so.
