Saved a life with this tool!
Last September, I saved a 26 years old woman's life. She was treading water for 12 hours in open water in pacific coast. This tool with its cord allowed me to save this woman (just Google "Marina Del Rey Sea Rescue"). All major news media have covered it. Safety equipment save lives!

Tangles up in the bag can’t throw very far.
I tried throwing it the back yard to test, it went about 15ft. When i repacked it as neatly as possible I could only get it to go about 5 ft before it was a tangled mess in the bag. Tried multiple times same result.

This should not be sold as Rescue Rope.
The bag construction is ok and the draw string closure works well. The main problem with is rope is the fact that it is not UV resistant. Most rescue ropes will be carried on kayaks, canoes or boats of some kind. Therefore they will be exposed to the sun. So any sun exposure for this rope will quickly degrade it making it useless for saving anyone from swift water.

Dracula rope Turns to dust in sunlight
Package looks great but after 3 months on my boat, exposed to sunlight, the rope and para cord drawstring turned to dust. Literally turned to dust. Zoom in on the photos. Do not purchase! Your life or someone else’s may depend on this product.

It's a nice looking product, but no instructions how to properly use it and wasn't something obvious to me. Maybe others have had better experience with this product.
