As a mom of three, I’ve gone through my fair share of infant meds and Genexa is by far the one I trust the most. I used the cherry version for my 2-month-old and it worked just as quickly as Tylenol. His fever dropped within 20 to 30 minutes and he was noticeably more comfortable. What sets this apart is the clean ingredient list with no artificial dyes, sweeteners, or preservatives. It gives me real peace of mind, especially with such a little baby. The cherry flavor went down easily and the syringe made dosing simple. This is officially a must-have in our medicine cabinet.

This is the cleanest, safest, BEST TASTING, infant and children’s liquid “Tylenol” acetaminophen that has ever been sold. It’s so sweet , my kids have loved taking this, even as infants. I wish they made an adult version that tastes like this haha. Works perfectly, size is great and smells just as good as it tastes. It’s not a strong blueberry but it’s sweet. Definitely not like the medicine we grew up with. This (and Motrin) is the only brand I trust and prefer to buy for my kids when it comes to pain relief.

I really trust the Genexa brand for my family. I’ve been using this instead of infant Tylenol and it works really well when my child is in pain from teething or battling a fever with a cold. I’ve taste tested it and the flavor is far superior to that of infant Tylenol as well. I like that it has natural / clean ingredients and it feels like a better choice for my son.

Effective and much cleaner/safer than baby Tylenol. It's extremely sticky though, fair warning. 😅I don't want to knock off a star for this, as it's a wonderful alternative to have, but my only real critique: There is no need for it to be so sweet. No baby needs exposure to something that intense. A milder, barely sweet flavor would be preferable and less worrisome to give my baby.

The taste is so good I could just drink it. Blueberry is the favorite, but cherry really isn’t bad either. My baby swallows it with ease and it definitely helps his teething/fevers. I like that it’s clean ingredients with no artificial dyes. Good size bottle!

Smells and tastes great to my toddler. Helped with his teething pain on the worst nights when other remedies weren’t cutting it.

This product gives me peace of mind with its ingredients. I know a lot of infant/kid medicines have unnecessary ingredients but this is clean! My baby hated the generic Tylenol taste. He LOVES the taste of this. I would say it’s easy to swallow because he doesn’t fuss when I give it to him.

I love this product. It’s way better for my baby but still gives him relief when he need it, and without all the extra additives
