So glad I bought this guide. I'm an elderly white English man and recently read the Bhagavad Gita without much understanding so bought the 31 day guide. It really helped me to understand the Gita and is written as a 31 day step by step guide with lots of modern day examples and a wealth of wisdom.

I had been looking for a Bhagavad Ghita I could understand but didn't oversimplify iṭ I bought several that failed me but this copy and this author made it so clear and understandable. Thank you
