Nice set and nice quality. I like the individual bags that come with each piece. I am still new and learning how to properly use them. But I can say the fork without the weights is calming when I feel high anxiety

Different frequencies feel very different on different body locations.
Not sure what to do with these. Fun toy no matter what. Different frequencies on different body parts. Very interesting. Do the forks do anything except feel good? Don't know yet. But I am happy to have them. Learn more everyday. Strongest frequency 128 hz on chest. Longest lasting frequency 512 hz on the chin.
