Horrible customer service
I paid 90k for the robot. The next day I made a complaint about the faulty product. I gave them the proof. They asked their executive to visit my place and solve the problem. He was also unable to solve it. I asked for a replacement. They said they will take my robot back and repair it. After one month following I got my robot back without any repairs. They refused to replace it and once they are out of solution they will not answer you at all. Don't buy any ecovac products. Get something which has good after sales service. I have wasted my 90k. The robot is of no use.

The suction power of this vaccum it's great and it's overall performance is amazing . It navigates the floor very well so definitely would recommend to everyone

Total waste for Indian Household
If you want an expensive toy to move ur baby or pets around, you can buy this . But nothing else to talk about w.r.t cleaning efficiency, mapping of house or anything w.r.t cleaning you want to do. It may work a bit, if your house is exactly like a model house.

Dont buy Ecovacs bots
Customer service is pathetic, my bot won;t do mopping correctly, Ecovacs bot has mopping plate which takes water from water pump, my pump is not working, so no water dispensed. logged request with their support, no help from them. secondly, mopping pad is your palm wide, it gets dirty in 5min, it spreads that dirt on rest of the floor by making visible marks. it's a crap mopping machine, but ok for vacuum only. it's GPS is another crap, keeps dashing all my furniture, furniture is loosing color/polish where it is dashing.
