Die Holzplanken sind super zum Grillen von Fisch und Meeresfrüchten. Allerdings sind die Dinger dafür auch ganz schön teuer, Das ist dann vermutlich der Weber-Aufschlag...

バーベキュー時に鮭の切身をこれに乗せて焼いたら今迄味わったことのない最高に美味しい鮭でした。板が焦げてしまったがもう一回は使用可能かなぁ？
