Love this oil. Does so many benefits. Especially when my family is sick.

Bought these for me, but my husband is using them and he said it is helping his hands not hurt or feel numb as much, so they are helping for more than we planned.

These are small individual balls of pure peppermint oil. Handy and Healthy!I travel a lot on planes and the air in a plane is circling around what ever someone else is coughing out, and peppermint oil is a great protection from that. And being all natural they are a preferred choice by me who wants to be putting less chemicals in my body. They also give a great fresh breath minty fragrance. SO once again with all my travel and various hours, I quickly get coffee breath which is very unpleasant for those I'm talking to or sitting next to on a plane when I fall asleep and start snoring away LOL. As a speaker, presenter and trainer, I don't want people disconnecting with me because of my breath. This fixes it and lasts!Also they have a small hole for dispensing the little balls so you don't have hundreds going all over the place when tipping them out. Being a Kindergarten teacher, I am around germs all the time. I went this whole school year without getting sick until the last 3 weeks of school. I became sick with a very bad flu and sinus infection. Being that I don't have health insurance (nor do I like the US pharmaceutical industry), I was fighting against going to the doctor, all the while in the back of my mind knowing that sinus infections don't generally go away on their own. A couple days later, I could breathe through my nostrils, and the mucous was thinning out so that I could blow my nose. I was finally able to sleep comfortably, and within about 11 days, my sinus infection was gone! Praise God - what a miracle! This was the first time in my life I have ever kicked a sinus infection without going to the doctor! I purchased more OnGuard Softgels to have on hand the next time I get sick.I received an authentic doTerra brand product sealed from the manufacturer.Some friendly advice:There is a slight effect of a reflux with these softgels. When you burp, you can taste the flavors of the oils coming back up. I didn't mind it so much, because I knew it was making me well, and I generally eat a spicy-food diet so it wasn't hugely noticeable. However, the Oregano oil is strong and that I could taste in the burps. My advice is to take the softgel and then eat food immediately to help push it down, and second, I wouldn't recommend taking this just before you lie down.*I am not a doctor and recommend that you consult an expert.*I do not work for or promote doterra. First time using do terra EO. Could only afford this sm size, even then pricey; but wanted to try a name brand.Easy application with the roller. Smells good, don’t find the fragrance lasts very long which i wish it did. No irritation as I use with coconut oil.
