Good buy
It is a good buy. The only thing I could comment is, the wireless charging is not compatible to newer phones like Samsung S21. It will tell you that your phone is charging on slower rate. But other than that, the sound and the alarm are working great! I still give it 5 stars because I'm still satisfied with it.

All in one
I love the fact that it's a speaker (quite loud), alarm clock, and a phone charger all in one. It wakes you up with some soothing music instead of a buzzer, which is nice. The wireless charger is spotty at times (reason for 4 stars), but it works.

Clock, alarm, speaker, charger and a surge protector too
The media could not be loaded. Nifty clock. Well made and easy to figure out how to use. The alarm is a very pleasant melody, nice to wake up to. The speaker works great. I use it to play sleep meditations when I cant sleep. My casetify phone charger doesn’t seem to work with any wireless charger, this on e too, but even so, this clock has so many great features it gets five stars anyway.

Not happy with this clock. At all.
Out of the box, this clock was very hard to set. I had to push the set button repeatedly and with more force than should be necessary as it didn't want to engage. It took forever to finally get the time set, which was itself a red flag. But little did I know the real frustration was ahead of me because the wireless charging feature is completely unreliable. It fools me every night and will initially connect and make me think THIS is the night it's going to work. But then I wake up and notice it disconnected itself at some point and stopped charging. I've had it for about two weeks now, and have had a full charge on two of those nights. So I'm sorry to say it's going back. I had high hopes, and I do like the clarity of the display and the overall design. If it worked properly, I'd be over the moon. But I bought the top of the line version of this clock for the wireless charging feature, and it's just not worth the price premium for a feature that works intermittently at best.EDIT: I bought this clock right after moving. Life intervened and I didn't send it back and begrudgingly kept it because I do find all the charging ports handy. I still don't trust it for wireless charging as it actually boots my phone off the clock if I try. Yes, it literally tosses my phone all the way off my nightstand (no, I don't have a cat, and I might have considered the presence of a ghost if I didn't see it happen for myself). Aside from all the issues I've mentioned, it also fails in its MAIN JOB -- to reliably tell me the time. It loses a minute or two every few weeks. I didn't know that was even possible in this day and age. And with the difficulty using the buttons to set the time, it's honestly just a charging brick right now. I hate it. Zero stars aren't possible, so one star for charging my devices, I guess?

This little box is great!
We saw one at a hotel and came home and ordered! This works well!

Could be WAY better with a couple design changes and a charger that worked.
Good build quality, BUT two big problems. Induction charger is beyond fussy. It’s practically unusable. It says it’s charging but then after five minutes stops and flashes as it faults out. You’ll find that in the morning you’ll wake up to 23% battery to start the day. I tried changing my charging settings and even though I have a simple and thin Speck phone cover the best results meant removing the phone from the case at night. I even tore out the Mag metallic ring out of the cover thinking that was getting in the way. Nope just a poor design. So I’m back to my $11 charger stand which I was hoping to get rid of on my night stand. Of course I could plug my phone in each night but that’s so 2014’ish.Second issue is the buttons that operate as the setting function and alarm selection or shut off. These have little to no tactile difference in feeling when your alarm goes off and your trying to reach to turn off the alarm. Second the ring used to adjust the clock settings is slick which means you struggle to rotate the dial smoothly. Now these are functionally a creative design and I like the concept but the lack of distinct feel for the alarm off button and adjusting ring needs to be improved. The alarm off button is about 1/2” in diameter on a surface that’s a good 6” x 6”. That’s means you are trying to find a 1/2” button in a field of 36 square inches.

Cubie Wireless charging disappoints
Wanted this particular model for my nightstand. The clock is great, and easy to set up. Ports for USB and electric are perfect. However, Qi charging didn't work with my phone and case on the clock. (Note - it does work on the Apple based Qi charger.) For that reason alone - it wasn't worth the $40-45 extra over the next model down from Cubie.

Well Made Alarm Clock
This alarm clock is well built with good quality sound for the alarm and/or streaming via a Bluetooth device. However, as others have pointed out, the wireless charging is very finicky, so don’t buy it if that’s what you’re looking for. For reference, I have an iPhone 16 Pro with a Speck case with MagSafe.
