Upgrade To This..Now
I have been using cheap $20 square griddle pans from the grocery store and having to replace them every couple years. The Ninja Premium Square Griddle Pan is night and day better - at everything. First of all, it comes in some smart packaging that protects it during transit.Out of the package you immediately notice the weight difference vs the cheaper pans. It has a much thicker base suited for stovetop to oven. Plus they designed it to work with induction cooktops, making it super-versatile.The smooth ergonomic handle is designed to stay cool during cook time, and has a convenient hole in the end for hanging. After the initial recommended cleaning with soap and water, the first item cooked was of course a grilled cheese! I followed the directions letting the pan heat up before adding any food. I was amazed at how evenly it cooks. The cheapie pans got really hot and would burn the food if you didn't pay attention.I used the same exact temperature setting (I have a gas stove) and the cook was consistent with no hot spots. After the pan cooled, cleanup was as simple as wiping it clean. For as much as we use this type of pan, the upgrade was completely worth it.

Scratch resistant!
Absolutely wonderful! Nice even heart. Nothing to chip or break down, and food won't stick and and very easy to clean.

Great so far!
I bought the 8" two months ago and it is great so far, in fact the best pan I have ever used. Eggs peel off. And yes I use butter. No non stick works without it. The heat distribution is excellent. I want to try a 12" size but the reviews are terrible! So I guess I'll wait a while and see how this works after a few more months.

High quality
This pan seems to be much higher quality than non-stick skillets I have purchased in the past, albeit more expensive. So far nothing sticks, and I am getting good results with dishes prepared in this pan. I guess you get what you pay for.

Love the Ninja Foodi NeverStick Premium cookware, but question the warranty.
I have a full set of the Ninja Foodi NeverStick Premium cookware and love it. I bought two of these 8-inch Fry pans. Since I am cooking for two, this pan works great for cooking breakfast sausage links for two. I bought another of these, and use both at the same time to cook omelets for my husband and I. They are the perfect size for a personal-sized omelet using 2-3 eggs. They also work well for making 8-inch quesadillas. Brown a tortilla in the pan, add the fillings (cooked ground beef, black beans either refried or drained canned beans, cheese, etc. ), top with another tortilla, and flip to brown the top tortilla. Another favorite is to cook scrambled eggs in the pan without breaking it up. After the egg is cooked (I also add diced onion and green pepper to the egg), slide it onto an 8-inch tortilla, add cheese such as Velveeta. After the tortilla is browned, put another 8-inch tortilla on top, and flip it to brown the top tortilla. So good!!What I love about the Ninja Premium cookware is:1) It is totally nonstick without seasoning.2) It doesn't scratch even if using metal utensils.3) It is dishwasher safe, but I hand wash mine since it is so easy to clean.4) They sear foods as well as cast iron without the maintenance.5) They can be used in the oven up to 500 degrees F.6) The exterior of the pots and pans are also anodized so they don't scratch like stainless steel or pots with painted exteriors, such as Staub and Le Creuset which I also have. What I do question is the Ninja warranty on these pans. I bought the lids for these pans separately, but most often, when buying sets the lids are included with the pans. On the sets, the boxes state there is a 5-year warranty on the set. If you register the set on the NinjaKitchen.com website, the warranty is 10 years. This, to me, indicates the entire set is included in the warranty. I recently found out this is not the case.I used this pan with the cover to cook breakfast sausage links, and noticed some of the grease splatters must have gotten between the glass on the cover and the metal rim. There is now way to clean this out. I called Ninja customer service and was told that the lids are not included under the warranty - only the pans. In my opinion, the area between the glass on the lid and the rim should have been sealed to prevent this problem and feel this is a manufacturing defect. At any rate, it should be noted that pots and pans are covered under the warranty, but lids are not.I hope this review was helpful for you.

Nice, heavy, even heat - DROPPED A STAR
MONTH AND A HALF UPDATE:I really want to like this pan, but it is starting to hit one of my peeves. It is nice and heavy, so heats steady - no problem therebut pet peeve #2 - I hate when cheap thin pans become higher in the middle than the edges. try to fry in a thin sheet of oil - the edges are fine but the middle of the pan is almost exposed, so anything there browns/burns rather than fries. This pan is starting to do that, my 3 year old Calphalon never did that but every cheap pan I ever owned did. It's a shame as the pan is nice, coating feels great, handles are fantastic.***************Original review:Bought this to replace a Calphalon 3 qt sauté that started to peel after only a few years (the higher model too - not the base one)Pros:- nice and heavy in a good way, heats even and doesn't feel like it will warp- non-stick inside feels nice, hope it lasts like they claim- nice handle - stainless and good grip, not too short and not stupid long- nice handle on the lid, so far has been cooler than the old panCons:- not as deep as the old pan, barely taller than a fry pan (but with the nice straight sides)- the silver edge of the lid isn't made as nice as the rest of the panUPDATE - had a few weeks, nice pan. Compared to Calphalon the handle has a nicer grip (thicker), and the lid handle stays cooler
