It does not hold onto the Achilles and slips upwards, waste of money I wouldn’t recommend

the strap works great tried the ankle strap was no good for me made my Achilles more sore. I had tried strap for elbow different type same idea worked great. takes a while getting better

It fit great and was much better than the traditional ankle brace for the Achilles, but I found massaging it for 5 minutes as per few YouTube videos was much much more helpful in helping my injured tendon.

The strap really helps the pain in my achilles. I cannot believe the difference.
