SAMSUNG S21 PLUS 128GB BLACK TMOBILE

It works, hallelujah! This is the third Amazon refurbished phone I have purchased (all 3 from different sellers, but all the same type of phone). The first stopped working properly in about 2 months. The second did not work upon arrival. This is the third seller and the third phone I've tried. So I was relieved, to say the least, when it arrived in proper working condition! I have had no issues with this phone, other than it requiring to install updates several times. I finally started scheduling the update to happen at night while I was asleep, so that it would stop popping up and stop installing the updates during the day while I was using the phone. This is now the first day the required update hasn't popped up.. so hopefully that issue has passed. Other than that, this phone has been great as far as both appearance and functionality. I am not disappointed! Hopefully it stays that way this time!

This phone was very easy to transfer from another Samsung device. We moved the T-mobile sim card then used Samsung Switch and the phone was jut like the previous phone with all the apps and settings. I chose a phone that said it was for T-mobile only because that is my carrier as well. I am very happy with the look of this phone too. It looked pretty much like brand new and works perfectly. I had to get this phone because the previous phone would not read the sim card even with a new sim from T-mobile or respond to notifications. This new refurbished phone solved all of those issues.

Nice phone that works fine, but I didnt realize that it was Tmobile locked...which is ok since I use Tmobile, but I would have preferred unlocked. Took almost 10 days to arrive as well - awful on Prime. A sim card key would have also been nice since I couldnt open the sim tray with a paperclip and had to go to a Tmobile store to open it. Came with a charger and cable only. Try elsewhere if u are not on Tmobile and need phone unlocked and in a hurry, otherwise this one is ok.

I like how the phone came packaged nicely, no scratches or smears it was in really good shape and I love the price of the phone even though it's used it's in very good shape the battery life is very good and unlocks nicely

Perfect phone! Upgraded my Samsung A34 and this phone is way better. It's fast, nice vivid screen. A little bigger than my old phone, but still a great size. The value is unbelievable! Battery is okay, did a little faster than my old phone, but this one has a lot better features and the same security features that you expect with Samsung!

We love this phone. It was a great price and worked as it should even tho it was refurbished which I was reluctant bc of that fact but being honest, I couldn't tell any difference it hasn't caused an issues. It works just as it should. I will definitely buy another refurbished phone. So much cheaper and worth every penny I paid for it. My advice is to get the extra warranty just to cover ur butt. We had to use ours for his pho e bc hs broke It working and they replaced it. The battery life is okay I think it depends on if you charge is correctly or not. The speed is great. It has more than enough storage. Only thing I dnt like about it is there's no micro SD card slot.. so I have to save my pictures to my internal memory.. so if anything happens to my phone I lose all my stuff. ⬇️*¤*UPDATE JUNE 23,2025*¤*⬇️ since I wrote this post I have had so much trouble with this company. My boyfriends phone just quite working...wont charge and wont turn on.. the one time we got it to it went to a green screen with a bunch of Chinese writing across it. Then nothing.. its been like this since nov/dec 2024.. I have contacted PDI Mobile to only get the run around them pointing fingers to the Amazon and the warranty place to fix it..when its their responsibility bc techniqually it was still under manufacture warranty seeing as it was not even 6months old when it broke. We have yet to get his new phone and like I said its june 2025. Im very frustrated and getting more and more as the days go by with no help from the seller.. and it's not from lack of trying on my end I've been thru the ringer with these ppl. That all said refurbished phones are great mine still works I'd just steer clear of this company bc they dont want to help u when/if something happens. They just want to pass the buck.. be careful and cosious who you buy from.

This was my first refurbished phone I have ever bought and I was expecting some signs of wear or a scratch or two. I got a phone that literally looked brand new. I couldn't see any marks or signs that it was used before. But looks are only skin deep. How did it work? No issues there at all. I even got a charging cord and USB adapter. The charging port on my 2 year old Motorola phone was touchy and kept wearing out. Even though I had it replaced 2 times. I wasn't going to invest any more in having it replaced again. The Samsung Galaxy S21+ Plus 5G was easy to set up with my Google account. The phone is super fast. Colors are brilliantly bright and colors are very vivid. Charging is super fast and easy with the wireless charger I bought from Amazon. It has a lot more options than my other phone that I have not figured out yet. I am very very happy with my purchase of the Samsung Galaxy S21+ Plus.

The item description said it was a renewed phone but also said it was new. There's not a new category under the refurbished page the highest that they have is premium then excellent etc. the phone itself is in really great quality but it's definitely not a new condition as the camera on the back has some of the black worn off of it exposing the unpainted surface. Also it had to outline of the previous person's phone case on the back. No complaints so far. Have been using the phone for an hour and a half and used 16% battery with brightness at about 25%.
