Needed it for a college class and it came as expected.

I wouldn’t normally rate a textbook because what student enjoys textbooks? But this one is absolutely incredible. It is extremely aesthetically pleasing and capturing. I didn’t mind reading through the chapters at all and found them to be extremely updated and relevant. If you are a marketing professor, this is the best textbook you could choose for your students. If you are a student and have been assigned this textbook, don’t be too bummed, you’ll love it!

Arrive in good condition but definately looked used.

The book itself is ok for what it is. It was necessary for a college class and likely something I would not buy otherwise. Service as always was exceptional and the price was better than at the college bookstore, making Amazon my go to for the books I need.Edit: having completed the course and having read this... I would say unless you have to have it for college, forego it. The vast majority of the book is fluff rather than useful data or theory. In fact, in one section totaling well over 40+ pages, there were something like 4 paragraphs worth jotting down, the entire book could have been distilled into roughly 5% of the page count it has and still would be entirely too long for the information it held.

I bought for my College Master’s degree, but besides that it’s one of the best marketing books I’ve read. It’s very up-to-date with marketing advancements and real life modern examples. It’s also very easy to read and understand.

Thie access code did not work with this one and my son was away at college and I had no clue. I have been doing business with Amazon for a while and this makes two books that I paid a lot for that the access code was incorrect. He said he called the company and they told him that the code included was incorrect and not usable for him to do his work this semester.

This was required for my class. It was a very helpful book. The ebook comes with online learning tools too to help you study for quizzes and tests. I mostly don't use or read the books my professors require because there is no point. However, this book was very helpful
