Q: I purchased the square cover June 18th last year. The cover has torn just from water laying on it. How do I request warranty ?

I received excellent customer service via the amazon buyer-sellers messaging service for the same issue. If you click on a Seller's name and select the "Ask a question" option, that allows you to get into contact with the seller about how to address the warranty.

Q: Has anyone had luck tenting the cover in the middle? The chair backs are higher than the table and water pools

I put a large object in the middle of the table under the cover to tent it. It still pools some water but it’s better than before.

Q: Does the lining melt in the heat of summer ?

We live in the Palm Springs area of the desert. With upwards of nearly 120 degrees heat, so far, this cover has held up beautifully

Q: Mine is only 4 months old and leaked. How do I contact customer service?

I couldn’t find one either. I looked the company up and the Ultcover in California does not sell on Amazon. Amazon should require contact information. Apparently a lot of people had issues with these covers you are the 4th one I have answered so far.
