I bought these after a good deal of research, perhaps the most important thing I learned being, when buying non-stick, don't spend too little and don't spend too much. Too little gets you pans without good mass (for distributing and holding heat) and possibly a finish that won't last. Too little is just silly. non-stick pans last 3 to 5 years even if you take really good care of them... spending more doesn't change this. So I like All -Clad as a company and these products are priced about right. They've proven good and durable and I like the steel base. Very solid. One thing to mention though: These are NOT good omelet pans as the shape doesn't allow easy flipping and sliding as you likely want to do for an omelet. I bought a separate 8" omelet pan from another brand for that.

These are excellent pans. I've been using them 10 to 12 times a week for four months now and they are as nonstick today as the they were on the first day. There is not even one little sticky spot on either pan. I take excellent care of my nonstick pans: no super high heat, no metal utensils or abrasives, never leave them in the sink to get dinged by other items. For many years I purchased the same nonstick pans that costs half as much as these and replaced them every six months or so when they began to stick so much that it became a problem. In the past year or two, those less expensive pans were only lasting three months until finally the last one only made it three weeks. I decided at that point to try something more expensive and see if the quality was better. These do not disappoint. They are worth every penny and when the inevitable time comes to replace them (nonstick does not last forever), I will be rebuying these same pans.

I have spent quite a bit on pans in the past but these are hands down the best pans I have ever owned. While I like my All Clad stainless steel pans, I have to admit that these non-stick pans are a dream come true. Nothing sticks to them & they are a breeze to clean. The weight is perfect. Not too heavy & not too light. They are beautiful pans. I purchased the 2 size option and find it meets the bulk of my needs and the sizes are perfect. I highly recommend these. They should last for a very long time.

I've been satisfied with these frying pans. They are a little bit wider than. Your typical frying pan. The sides are straighter than the typical sloped edge. It is non-stick and easy to clean. The product is a little heavier than other frying pans I've had but usable and the slim design makes it easy to store (straight edges likely contribute to this). Cook time appears accurate and doesn't burn things or take longer than other pans. The price is reasonable if you are looking for a functional frying pan.

These pots are strong and heavy! No cheaping out on this set. The handles stay cool to touch when cooking. I wish there was a bigger frying pan included in the set but what they do give is fantastic quality!

This pan is wonderful! We've had it a week and seasoned it using avocado oil first thing. We have fried eggs, done stir fries, etc and it is truly non-stick. I do not put pans in the dishwasher ever. I always hand wash, so maybe that helps. Eggs slide right out and it's easy clean up. Use only wooden or plastic spatulas and cookware on these.

I've been using "non-stick" pans that I purchased at Marshall's and home goods and always disappointed so decided to bite the bullet and spend some $$ to get a good set. I am very happy so far with the quality and non-stickyness of these pans. I've only used the smaller of the two pans and love it.

Muy buen producto.., son sartenes y ollas de muy buena calidad, anti-adherentes pero con la posibilidad de introducirlas al horno (sin tapa) para el terminado de alimentos en procesos "mixtos" de recetas..., es una vajilla semi-profesional calidad tipo Chef, pero no es la típica vajilla de aluminio, por lo que, los que cocinamos de manera doméstica, tenemos un producto donde podemos escalar recetas tipo Chef, pero de una manera más doméstica y fácil, por ser una vajilla anti-adherente. Muy satisfecha con el producto..., el único "detalle", mínimo.., pero que vale la pena mencionar, son las tapas de cristal.., no tienen válvulas de escape de vapor..,por lo tanto se calientan mucho y al iniciarse la vaporización, no se puede ver bien el proceso en la cocción de los alimentos. Espero que All.Clad corrija estas tapas y puedan ser vendidas de manera individual, por lo demás, producto altamente recomendable.

Bought it because it is all clad and I got a full set for my kitchen. I bought these as individual pots for my cottage and they are great. So far no scratches and the heat seems to be well dispersed. The see through lid makes it easy to monitor the contents as it cooks. Easy to clean as well. Highly recommend. I chose All Clad over other brands like Cephalon as this got better reviews from various websites. Happy with the purchase

Besides the concave handle, which isn't really that big if a deal, this set of cookware has been excellent. It cleans really well and is mostly non-stick. I would have bought another set but the price has almost doubled.
