I do like this brand of almond butter but the price has gone up too much. I order 3 jars on S&S of single ingredient almond butter each month. The price of this one has gone up too much for me to continue doing so. I have started ordering another brand at a more affordable price.

This is better than other brands because it has only 1 ingredient and no sugar, the smooth is actually smooth. Most smooth almond butters still have chunks in them or are grainy. MaraNatha has a method for really smoothing it out so it's silky. Great taste too!

I had never tried the RAW almond butter, only the toast kind. This was a pleasant surprise. Not only is it ssmooth and creamy, it has a hint of sweetness to it that the toasted variety doesn't offer. Makes a good substitute for toast if you're trying to give up margarine or other spreads high in cholesterol.

MaraNatha natural almon butter is a great almond butter: no palm oil or salt; only almonds. However, Amazon sent me 6 jars of old stock that I received on May 7, 2025. The best by date was Sep 5, 2025. Jars at my local store had a date of Feb 24, 2026. The date is not a problem except that the butter has completely separated into oils and solids and the solids have turned to stone in the bottom of the jar. It takes at least 10 minutes of stirring to make it usable. Not worth the price savings from Amazon.
