Why are the reviews for a burr grinder talking about a coffee maker with built in grinder?

This is a classical example of Amazon's unreliable reviewing. The reviews are indiscriminately about two different products. One is 11.6 inches tall, the other is 13 inches tall. One (or both) is getting bad reviews for things like static discharge in the plastic grounds collector. I came here intending to buy a burr grinder and interested in buying a grinder/percolator. After wading through Amazon's useless reviews, I'm buying neither. Off to Target, where I can get comparable prices and reliable information.

Mine gets hot to the right of the button. Is it supposed to? I'm on my second one with the same issue.

My product does the same. Not pushing in the collection bin all the way does eliminate the issue. Amazing how after 6 years this is not fixed...

Is there a way to get a real expresso grind? even at the “finest “ setting is still coarse

No. I returned the Krupa and replaced it with the Shardor, which produces a more acceptable espresso grind. You should know that both grinders produce a small amounts of a fine powder in addition to the expected grind. This may be a characteristic of flat burr grinders.

When I try to view reviews for Krups burr grinder, Amazon shows me reviews for blade grinder, what gives?
