Honestly I didn't like this product itself but the customer service really saved it. So this review is based on the seller and product.The seller made me feel like what I had to say mattered and they sent my concerns straight to the brand. Not only that but they were SUPER timely.As for the product. I'm not sensitive skinned but I had a bad reaction. Not only that but make up wipes and the such did not get the sticky substance off my face. It took 3 days to come off fully. I had bought this bc my favorite YouTube used it but maybe I just received a bad bottle. Who knows.
