I get so many complements from visitors how it smells so good and it looks pretty

The first warmer I received was chipped probably from transit. The seller quickly sent out a replacement. The second one I received was chip free but the on and off switch didn't work properly. I wasn't going to make a big deal.about it. The seller checked in to see how the replacement was and I informed them of the issue. They sent another replacement. The seller strives to provide excellent customer service. I am very pleased and will buy from them again.

My original order was a gift and was not given until after the 30day return/exchange date. Upon first use, the paint seemed to flake/rub off. I reached out to the seller and without hesitation they replaced my item,even though I was beyond the return/exchange date.

This football is adorable. Does not light up like traditional warmers, just an "on" light on the very back. Smaller than I thought, but still just a super cute addition to a mantle.

My son received this as a birthday gift. It doesn’t work. The wax doesn’t melt except in the very middle. I wouldn’t waste my money because it doesn’t work and of course it’s past the return window since I ordered it before his birthday. This is why I’m not a fan of Amazon with only a 30 day return window😡 They said they would replace or give a refund. The replacement didn’t last either and now I’d like a refund. Terrible product!

My husband loved it! it was bigger than I thought so that was a bonus :) overall I love it!
