Amazing
A wonderful little camera. I bought it as a pet monitor and it is amazing for the price - it has two way sound, night vision, pan and tilt, camera presets, and motion detection. It only took a couple of minutes to download the software to my phone and it was easy to set it up. I showed it to my brother and he bought one for his dog straight away!

absolutely fabulous
These are the best thing I've ever bought! so easy to set up, the colours are fab, night vision is great, the detection modes work perfectly- never a false trigger when the dog walks past. pan and tilt works every time. zoom is unbelievable. . not tried recording yet. lag is less than a second over wifi and 4g. cable length is generous. I have 2 at home and 2 at my parents. The telephone mode has saved us a couple of times as I was able to prompt mum to replace the land line handset via the camera. microphone is good and sensitive. speakers are loud which helps with deafer parents. I just love these cameras. just got to bolt down the one in mums living room as she keeps putting it behind the TV. I would whole hearetedly recommend these to less techy people who need to keep an eye on loved ones remotely.

Great camera
I like these cameras as they can detect motion, record motion clips and are so easy to use.Once you have the app you can design your own recording schedule. The video quality is great for such a little price. It is a wired camera so it needs to be plugged it all the time. I got an SD card to record any motions.

Great Starting point but leaves you wanting slight improvements
So first of all I got this to watch what my cats are doing at night and also because I expect myself to be away from home and with an pet sitter soon so got these to also double up as security and checking in on the cats myself. They honestly work great as 1080p video recording devices that track movement and can see in the dark. The bitrate of the video does feel low (so a bit of pixelation) and the audio is not good at all (input and output audio) however nothing that will make it impossible or unclear as to what is going on. I did get two C225 (which on paper are better) since I impulse purchased this 2 pack C200 however in my opinion the C200's have much better video quality and framerate while not having any heat problems/concerns. (so the C225's are getting returned)Where it does falter is it's advertised setup as the tilt downwards is my SOLE biggest complaint and problem with this since it can't look down far enough that you can have it on a shelf above shoulder height and expect it to capture the floor within an 1 meter radius of it. This all changes when you turn it upside down or even tilt it roughly 45-60 degrees as it can then nearly see the floor at the base of the shelf as it's ability to look up is slightly short of seeing the roof. As a result I wished this came with an ramp mount alongside an wall/ceiling screw in mount. If it's size/shape was better like the C225 then it would be better as that has it's tilt go even higher along with just generally looking nicer and slightly shorter. It's easy to use in the app once you look around everything and nothing (as of writing) is locked behind an paywall or subscription other than having the data the camera captures being stored on TAPO's servers which you can easily bypass via inserting an SD card. I put an 128GB one into mine and over the past 3 days not even over 5GB's have been used. I do have privacy mode enabled whenever I am awake as I'm usually at home so it only has recorded at night time when my cats move around. (Does mean that if someone breaks the SD card after breaking it then they destroy all evidence)That said I do believe that with an adjustment to the software it would be possible to further reduce the space usage as you can't use the app to delete videos stored on the SD card without reformatting it which wipes all the data on it. Additionally when they detect enough movement and start recording, even if the movement is only 5 seconds the recording doesn't stop until an full minute of recording passes. So yeah I would love to see a way to delete recordings and be able to reduce the time after no movement is detected that the recording ends as I have a lot of recordings now of my cats slightly stretching (as I need to have the sensitivity at 8-9) for 5 seconds and then nothing for the rest of the minute and 5 second long recording. (It would also be nice if I can change how long till the camera reset's its position)The night vision of these cameras is great as for me I can clearly see the other side of my living room which is roughly 5 meters long so I don't currently believe it's a lie that it can do maybe 9 meters. Although if something is too close then it can become the brightest object and make the rest of the room become complete darkness so make sure nothing is too close to it. The same goes for light coming in from windows that it can trick the cameras to not switch to night mode until much later or in daylight mode make the rest of the room a bit darker. In conclusion if you are wanting a good starting point or don't know what to go for with an indoor security camera then I fully recommend this. Although if you really want to use it for security then make sure you find a good spot for it to go upside down and hidden since it's lights are very noticeable, especially in night vision mode when recording. As the app not locking anything but cloud storage behind it's subscription is a massive plus too which is also cheap if you decide to purchase the subscription.

Fantastic purchase. 100% would buy again if I needed Another one
So happy with this purchase. My partner and I use this to check on our little dog Enzo while he’s out. ( we’ve been told he likes to howl when we leave 😬 sorry neighbours). We can speak to him which calms him down sometimes, eve though he gets extremely confused where it’s coming from ( some very cute head tilts). Also great way to scare your roommate or partner while you’re away 😂.Great for keeping an eye on any dog sitters we have come to let him out as well. Over all, for the price it’s extremely worth it.The quality is really good, very sleek and not an eye sore in the decor. Really easy to set up. Being able to move the camera via the phone app is great, there’s also a privacy mode that we use while we aren’t away.Definitely suggest this product if you’re just as obsessed with your little pupper as I am.

Great value and works very well
Amazing value for a decent pan and tilt camera, easy to set up and accepts a micro SD card for local storage. Quality of the picture and responsiveness were great on my home set up. I've not mastered the alerts or recognition yet but it works very well and a massive step up from previous cameras. The app is good as well. I have older Kasa devices by TP Link and I think they are all igrating across to their other brand Tapo so hopefully all in one place soon.

Good quality
I love this item, good quality works very well, sound could be a bit better, but definitely works better than some other cameras I have had. Also had night vision too, which is a bonus and I like how I can choose to record on time slots. Great connection and the set up was easy.
