KitchenAidClassic Multifunction Can Opener/Bottle Opener, 8.34-Inch, Almond Cream

Sturdy and long lasting. I love their brand. Its easy to use and the last one lasted 5 years, only broke because my husband is an idiot.

This is super cute and big. I got the white one. In order for it to work you have to twist toward yourself. Not like all the other can openers in which you turn outward away from yourself. This helps it glide and doesn’t make the crackling noise. I hope it doesn’t break. Because it does seem very iffy. We shall see how long it lasts. Today is April 7th 2021 so let’s see! One major con is that it holds water like crazy so I would set it to dry with the can opening blade downward and the legs upward. And maybe shake it a bit so water starts to come out much faster rather than settling in there and possibly molding!!! That’s one huge problem I have with this but it’s so cute that I want to give it a try.It’s super rusted inside of its nooks and crannies! I only washed it that one time and haven’t used it and then grabbed it today and the metals that allow it to twist and stuff are all rusted you can’t see it unless you look though. All the huge pieces look perfect and even the blades but the parts that’s are basically the mechanics of it look like I dipped it in some Tapatio lol I don’t mind for now but I’m very disappointed because it’ll only get worse and it sucks to wash this because it just never dries and now it’s rusty this should be cheaper but I like that it’s white and it’s big. Just remember twist it toward you to open cans and it works perfectly

I have done the mistake of getting cheap can openers since it's not an item I use a lot, but my old pair were driving me crazy!I compared a few different brands and ended up choosing these as they do not have any visible silicone that could degrade over time + I have a lot of KitchenAid stuff and have never had an issue with the brand.Once again, I was not disappointed and these are the sturdiest can openers I have ever had and they were definitely worth the money.

The prettiest can opener I’ve ever owned. Got the cream color. It’s a little large. So far works great.

Can opener absurdly hard to turn even for a very strong person. So disappointing. Perhaps it was a fluke. Returning.
