I like this log, and I'd buy it again. Used pages can be disposed of, and fits in my tote bag well.

Easy to record daily medications

Form is very small hard to write in squares

The journal would be useful and work for any medication that you only take one or twice a day but the square where you check off is too small for anything else. I really wanted one where I could write the time that "as needed" medications are taken. This type of journal might work for that use if there was a week on each page with a larger box where times could be written within the box.

My mom has a lot of health conditions that require a lot of medications. Sometimes she gets confused or forgets to take them, or if she has taken them. This helps us keep track. Also as a CNA and her caregiver this helps me track her vitals and build sugar for when we go to the hospital or appointments. It's very efficient. Light weight. Small enough to slip into a purse or small bag. Organized.

This product is useful to me because it is so compact. I had downloaded various medication log pages from the internet which fit ok in a full-size 3-ring binder, but needed something that would be lightweight and easy to slip into a purse. This fits the bill. Also appreciate that there is a separate section to record blood pressures, blood sugar, etc. which makes it easy to bring to medical appts. Very good value for the price.

I take mAny different meds all during the and at times... this is a great reminder but could be improved (RX #) .. (Pharmacy#)..and a few other things.

Not what I expected. My fault. Should have read the description closer (way smaller than I wanted). Impossibly small blocks for elderly to try to read. My first reaction when I opened the mailbox and saw the size of it was "WOW, this is small!:"
